Magic Weld Philippines

We offer HOW TO ORDER POLICY as outlined below:

1. We are committed to offering “ONE PRICE POLICY" for every wholesaler and we quote price per piece in US$ Dollars net; based on the terms F.O.B. Manila only.
2. Every piece of our Magic Weld  is made in Japan which was assembled in the Philippines.
3. We deliver to your door.  You pay the total product price.  We have no extra tax and no hidden charges.
4. We accept minimum with free delivery US$6,000.00 or 50 units per order at a time with your choice. 
   
5. We have product inventory for about 50 to 500 units and we always refresh our stock items for most of our product available for your immediate purchase.  We normally dispatch available stock items to you within 3-5 business days.  For "READY TO PURCHASE ITEMS", we collect 100% full payment upfront of the total order price plus shipping fee on every order before shipment.
6. Please download and fill out the ORDER FORM; write down let us know the order quantity of each item with your full shipping address.  Send and email us with complete order form at mwcustomerservice@yahoo.com.    We will confirm your order and get back to you for available items or ready to purchase items in our stock within 1 or 2 business days. 
7. Order confirmation of ready to purchase items must be verified by customers within 3 business days for the final accuracy of order items, total price and quantity. Upon your order is confirmed, customer must process full order payment to us immediately.  As soon as we receive your payment in our bank account, we will dispatch and ship all items to you within 48 hours.
8. We reserve the right at our discretion to automatically cancel, hold, and restrict any overdue order confirmation if customer is unable to validate your order confirmation within 3 business days and/or we did not receive your full payment once you confirm the order with us.  We will then deliver your order items to the next customer respectively.  Please understand that our order system is designed to get all orders delivered to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
   
9. We will invoice and/or send Pay Pal payment request to collect full payment of total order before we will dispatch your order items.  See more information in How To Pay.
   
   
10. In the case that order items are out of stock.  We require 50% deposit payment of your total order before we start production.  The remaining of 50% is to be paid together with the total shipping fee before we will dispatch the completed order to you.  Please allow 30 up to 45 days for your order to be completed.  Please keep in mind that the production time will also vary on each style, design and quantity.  However, we will let you know the approximate production and delivery time. 
    
11. We ship WORLDWIDE at the expense of the Customer with below minimum order.
    
12. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE AVAILABLE!! for an aggregate value order equal to US$6,000.00 or 50 units and above per order at a time.   
13. We do not distribute any PRODUCT SAMPLES request for free.  Customers have to pay for each sample order item plus shipping fee.  See Shipping Policy.
14. Customers are responsible for any customs tax and duties for clearance.  The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any.  Our company has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they might be.  Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed prior to shipments.
15. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice should exchange rate, or the market price of silver and/or other raw materials changed significantly.
